Penny Norquist | Program Director – Technology

Penny Norquist is a Program Director – Technology at BioMADE. She has a degree in Chemical Engineering from Northwestern University and a master’s degree in Public Affairs from the University of Minnesota Humphrey School. She has over 17 years of experience in R&D, scale-up and commercialization of products in the food and beverage sector. Prior to joining BioMADE, she was with the Food Protection and Defense Institute at the University of Minnesota where she collaborated with government agencies, industry, and academia on a variety of projects and technology tools.
