Register now to attend BioMADE’s 2024 Member Meeting on May 29-31 in Minneapolis, MN. We are thrilled to be bringing everyone together in person and look forward to engaging with our members and the U.S. Government at this interactive, informative event! Attend the BioMADE Member Meeting to: 

  • Connect with other members, U.S. Government representatives, and BioMADE staff  

  • Share your latest products and updates 

  • See product demonstrations and research presentations from members

  • Hear from U.S. Government representatives 

  • Learn best practices for developing BioMADE project teams and proposals     

  • Participate in member discussions about the latest trends in technology, education and workforce development, and 4S

  • Meet colleagues during plenty of networking time and using the new conference app 

  • And much more!

What to plan for:

  • Wednesday, May 29: Sessions all day, followed by a fun happy hour with members and U.S. Government representatives

  • Thursday, May 30: Sessions all day

  • Friday, May 31: BioMADE Governance Committees meet, only in the morning 


Who can attend?

  • The Member Meeting is open to all BioMADE Members

  • Students are not permitted to attend except in certain circumstances

  • Depending on response and capacity, we may need to limit attendance — so register early!

  • Please register using your email address affiliated with your member organization 

  • All registrants will automatically go to a waitlist to be confirmed, to ensure only members and U.S. Government representatives attend
