Research Associate (Based in CA)
The BioMADE Research Associate will engage with stakeholders ranging from world-renowned academics as well as industry and government scientists and leaders to collect, synthesize, and present information associated with bioindustrial manufacturing. The Research Associate will also conduct internet and literature research and contribute to ad hoc activities such as project calls, meetings, and workshops. Select key duties include:
- Using subject matter knowledge (e.g., bioindustrial manufacturing, chemical engineering) to collect and prepare information for use in discussions and meetings of internal and external constituents.
- Using subject matter expertise to gather and assemble analytical and factual data on assigned problems and issues to prepare reports and / or analyses summarizing information on the assigned issues and commenting on other significance for internal or external constituents.
- Researching and analyzing processes and procedures, summarizes findings, policies and organizational structures in order to develop and / or implement changes and to provide consultative services to leadership, partners and external stakeholders.
- Preparing, editing and modifying documents including grant reports, project calls, and presentations.
